This sat in the firdge an extra day due to lack of time. Doesn't seem to have affected the quality!
It's not truly whole-wheat... That's an experiment that will be tried before too long though.
The steel-cut oats were purchased over a year ago from HEB's bulk section, but are still good. I don't know if that's normal...
